What data we collect
The data you send us through the contact form: name, company, email, phone and the transport details you describe. We also record the IP address of each submission to prevent abuse.
What we use it for
Only to answer your contact or quote request and any follow-up that results from it. The legal basis is your own request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
How long we keep it
We keep requests only for as long as needed to answer them and follow up on any resulting service, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. IP addresses are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data. It may be processed by providers that give us technical support, such as website hosting and email, always under contract.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to geral@nomopiexpress.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
